The 5th Annual Brooks Rehabilitation Adaptive Sports and Recreation Summer Slam Tournament will be held August 4-5, 2012 in Jacksonville Florida. Ten Teams from around the country will compete in this annual Quad Rugby Tournament.
What is it?
Brooks Adaptive Sports and Recreation is excited to see old friend and welcome newcomers to our annual tournament! We wish each of you a fun filled, action-packed tournament experience both on and off the court. Games run from 8:00-5:00 on Saturday (8/4) and Sunday (8/5) and will be held at the Jacksonville Ice and Sportsplex. Participates and spectators welcome!!
In order to be a participate you need to turn in the registration form and pay the $75 registration fee.
