About Adaptive Sports and Recreation

Individuals enjoy the benefits in physical, social, and emotional health and well being. All ages and abilities are welcome; no experience is necessary. Individuals may participate at a competitive or recreational level. Equipment and expert instruction are provided at no cost to the individual. The mission is to provide the inspiration, education and opportunity to participate. The overall Program goal is to enable a higher quality of life as evidenced by enhanced physical, emotional, and social health and well being. |

Our multisport program provides weekly activities and monthly special events. Weekly activities include tennis, wheelchair rugby, power soccer, indoor and outdoor rowing, archery, handcycling, archery, billiards, bowling, yoga, Zumba and exercise programs specific to those who have Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons Dieases or who have experienced a stroke or traumatic brain injury. Special events include surfing, water skiing, horseback riding, and more. The Program also sponsors educational events with topics specific to disability issues, yearly training clinics with experts in each of our sports, and competitions in which local athletes compete alongside those holding National and World Champion titles and Paralympic status.
