Dr. Howard Weiss is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Mount Sinai Hospital of New York. He completed his internship at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Affiliated Hospitals.
Dr. Weiss has been an independent practitioner in the Jacksonville area and a member of the Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital medical staff for ten years.
