Brooks Commitment to Caregivers
At Brooks not only do we care about the patient’s well being, but the well being of the caregiver is also important to us. Our resource center contains information on how to take care of your loved one as well as your needs.
Who is a caregiver?
The definition of a caregiver is a person who is responsible for attending to the needs of a child or dependent adult. You provide voluntary care to someone that you hold near and dear to your heart, and most of the time you place the needs of the other person ahead of your own needs.
How you can use this site
This is an excellent tool to help you navigate through condition specific information, national resources, support, local resources and much more. This part of the site is dedicated to your needs so you can provide the best care while staying healthy. Throughout the site you will also find ways to connect with other caregivers with needs and concerns just like yours.
Click the arrow above for “choose a condition or service” and make a selection. Once you have made a selection, then click on the second arrow next to “choose a resource or subsection.” Only the resource or subsection for the condition or service you select will show up. You will then be taken to a page with multiple links related to the topic you were looking for.
