Sara Abrams received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007 from Arcadia University. She began her professional career at an out patient orthopedic clinic located in Fernandina Beach, FL. To expand her practice knowledge she then took several traveling therapist positions throughout the United States. Currently Sara is the Center Manager of Brooks Rehabilitation’s Amelia Island clinic. There she works with a variety of patients including those with orthopedic, neurological, balance and vestibular disorders.
