Raine earned his physical therapy degree at the University of South Florida in 2004. He has practiced in multiple settings including private practice, acute care, hospital- based outpatient, multi-disciplinary spine care, and outpatient orthopaedics. In 2008, Raine completed an orthopaedic physical therapy residency through Brooks/University of North Florida. He achieved board certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2009. Raine currently works as the Coordinator of the Brooks/UNF Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program and is a Fellow-in-Training within the Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship Program through Brooks/UNF. Raine has served the FPTA as an assembly representative since 2008 and was the vice chair of the West Central District from 2009 to 2010.
