All of our patients must obtain a physician referral before being admitted to Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital or any of our Brooks Outpatient locations. Referring your patients to Brooks is now easier than ever.

Our rehabilitation services are covered by most insurance policies, and you can see a complete list here. If appropriate, financial assistance plans can also be discussed with admissions personnel.
