No two people are exactly the same. Given that, everone responds differently to different treatments. There are different levels of service that are designed to meet your individual needs.
Outpatient Program:
Most individuals attend the full-day program on a daily basis. The sessions start at 9am and end around 4pm on most days. Even if you live out of town – or out of state, arrangements can be made for a hotel stay while you are in treatment. Although this can be a 5-week program, many often reach their goals in 3 or 4 weeks.
Inpatient Program:
The only difference between this and the Outpatient Program is where you sleep! For those who need more medical access and medication adjustments, a portion of the program may include a short stay at the Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital. Patients will then continue their treatment as an outpatient which may either mean hotel accommodations or returning to home.
Half Day Program:
For those who still have work schedules or other obligations, the half day program can be recommended. The morning part of the program is used for this option since most of the education starts at 9am.
Individual Services:
For those who are in town, or within traveling distance seeing individual services of biofeedback, physical therapy and/or psychology may be the best treatment plan. Single services can also be utilized following discharge from the comprehensive program. Typically, patients are seen one to two times a week based on the treatment plan. Individual sessions may last up to an hour.
