Ann Leinenwever, PT, MPT, NCS is the manager of our recently opened Brooks Balance Center.
Ann has been at Brooks since 2002 and is one of only 10 physical therapists in Florida who are neurological certified specialists. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO and her Master of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. She is a member of the American physical therapy association.
"At the Brooks Balance Center we have the technology and equipment to identify and treat balance-related issues before an accident occurs." Says Ann. "It gives patients peace-of-mind and helps them to eliminate their symptoms."
Ann has extensive knowledge in evaluating and treating this patient population, she is one of an elite group of physical therapists in Florida to have earned her specialist certification as a neurological certified specialist (NCS).
