Mark Hofmann, M.D. is the pain program medical director. Dr. Hofmann has been an attending physician at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital since 1991 and the pain program medical director since 1999. He graduated with high honors from the University of California, in Davis, California. In May, 1987 he graduated from the St. Louis University School of Medicine. His residency was completed at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1991, where he was Chief Resident in 1990. He has been a licensed physician in Florida since 1991 and has been a Diplomat of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation since 1992. He is certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He also maintains his own private practice and is available to provide continued medical management (if needed) when patients complete the program.
