Dr. Davis has been practicing since 1985. Although she has treated a variety of orthopedic conditions, she has specialized in chronic pain since 1990. She received her BS in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia, an MS in management through Troy State University, and her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University. She completed the Brooks Orthopedic Residency in 2007. Dr Davis is certified as an Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and is recognized as a Clinical Associate of pain in the American Academy of Pain Management. She holds membership in the American Physical Therapy Association, the Orthopedic Section and Pain Management Special Interest Group. As a member of the Florida chapter of the Physical Therapy Association she is in the process of developing a Pain Management Special Interest Group in the state of Florida. Dr Davis is an active member of the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Association and periodically writes for their newsletter. She currently adjuncts part time as a professor for the Physical Therapy Department at the University of North Florida.
