Brooks Contract Sites

Brooks contracts to manage and staff comprehensive rehabilitation programs for our strategic community partners in Southeast Georgia and Florida.  The goal of these contract sites is to provide Brooks Rehabilitation Programs to patients at acute medical centers, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient settings and ensure our patients reach their highest level of functional indepenence.
