Reservations
Spa and salon appointments are available on a daily basis to members and non-members of Brooks Health & Fitness. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible for your desired time and treatment to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve spa services. For parties of 5 or more and spa packages, an 18% fee will be added to the regular spa price for your convenience.
Gift Certificates
Brooks Health Spa Gift Certificates may be redeemed for all services and spa retail products. Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Member discounts are not available to be used toward the purchase of a gift certificate. Cash or refunds will not be given in place of a gift certificate.
Cancellation
We request that Spa and Salon cancellations be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We realize that emergencies may occur. However, cancellations of less then 24 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee. If your appointment is rescheduled within two weeks of the initial appointment date, the 50% fee will be applied to the new appointment day and time. Guests who do not cancel and do not honor their reserved time will be charged the full service fee.
Payment & Gratuities
In addition to Brooks Gift Certificates, we also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks and cash. A valid driver's license, address and phone number must accompany all checks. Returned checks are subject to service fee. Gratuities are not included in the charges of single parties or services. For parties of five or more and spa packages, an 18% managing and gratuity fee will be added to the regular spa price for your convenience.
Check In and Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows Brooks to ensure your time with us is relaxing and stress free. In order to attend to all our guests, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Personal Considerations
For the comfort and safety of our clients, children may not accompany parents while experiencing spa and salon services. Child Watch is available for children under the age of 14 whose parents are members of Brooks Health & Fitness. The minimum age for spa services is 14. While enjoying spa and salon services, please show consideration for others by keeping cell phones turned off in all treatment areas of the spa. Brooks Health Spa is a non-smoking facility. We ask that every guest assist us in maintaining a peaceful spa environment.
Lockers and Item Responsibility
We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles. Please leave all valuables at home. We will provide lockers for our guests, but are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Alcohol
Guest consuming complementary alcoholic beverages prior to, during or after our services do so at their own risk.
Return Policy
Services: It is our pleasure to provide excellent services to our guests. If you are not pleased with a service, please see the Spa Manager so we can make sure your stay with us is relaxing and pleasant.
Products: We have chosen the Spa products with care; however, if you are not satisfied with a product, please let the Spa Manager know and we will recommend a different product or offer a spa credit for up to two weeks from the date of purchase with a receipt. A refund will not be given.
