Have you been searching for the secret to improve your golf game? Brooks Health & Fitness has the answer. Our golf fitness program, the Brooks GEMS (Golf Essential Movement Study), is a complete performance solution that uses movement assessment to determine the most appropriate sport-specific one-on-one coaching.

The program begins with an evaluation complete with movement analysis using our state-of-the-art Force plate and software system. The software analyzes seven critical golf performance measures including head alignment, range of motion, lateral stability, dynamic posture and weight transfer.  These skill sets are then measured against the physical demands of the golf swing to produce a custom performance solution developed specifically for you.

After the evaluation is complete, golfers received a CD with their fitness solution and the opportunity to work one-on-one with one of our golf coaches to enhance their golf motion. You can expect results: better performance, improved consistency and less fatigue.
