This program is designed to help participants maintain and improve their strength and endurance using gym equipment. The class fosters social support that comes from moving with a group of people all familiar with what it means to live with Parkinson's. An exercise physiologist facilitates this class. An initial evaluation by a Brooks Rehabilitation therapist is required prior to beginning this program. There is a monthly fee associated with this program.

Rehabilitation experts from Brooks Rehabilitation have teamed up with the Y to offer an individualized and supervised exercise program for stroke survivors. The Stroke Wellness Program will allow stroke survivors to stay active and improve their health after they complete formal physical therapy.
