A wide range of employee benefits

Financial Benefits – Starting with a competitive base salary, generous paid leave and 403(b)/401k retirement plans, we compensate our employees well for their work. Beyond this compensation, we offer additional financial perks and retirement contribution matching after one year of employment. We also offer relocation assistance programs to clinical employees. RN compensation includes a clinical ladder with tiered pay increases.

Health and Welfare Benefits – We know that the health and well-being of our employees is just as important as that of our patients, and so we offer employees a choice of medical and prescription drug insurance and dental insurance plans. We also offer insurance plans for vision, legal and short- and long-term disability. In addition, permanent employees can take part in a flexible dependant care account and/or a medical savings account.

Training Benefits – We support our employees to enhance their skills in a variety of ways, including an in-house education department and a pre-hire clinical shadowing program.

Wellness Benefits – In addition to the health insurance benefits we offer, we help employees take charge of their own health with our annual wellness fair, which includes free medical screenings. We also give employees a free membership to the Heart Fitness Center and a some employees qualify for a discounted rate at First Coast YMCA's.

Our employee benefits extend to life outside of work as well. These advantages include car and home insurance discount programs, local merchant discounts and discounts at the hospital apothecary and gift shop. We also support improved quality of life by including discounts to amusement parks and gift shops.
