Next Steps

You’ve reached your goals. You’re feeling good. The journey’s over right? The hard part is, but you’ll need to stay focused in order to maintain and continue your progress. To ensure your success, we support you even after you’ve completed your therapy at Brooks by helping you learn what exercises you can do independently. Continuing to hone or maintain the fitness level you’ve achieved can also help you to prevent re-injury.

Brooks offers a range of options for your next steps to independence, addressing both the physical and the psychological:

Fitness Program

Once you complete your outpatient therapy, you can continue using our outpatient facilities and equipment. The Brooks Independent Exercise Program is a low-cost way to maintain or further develop the skills you’ve learned. Ask your therapist for details.

Brooks Pain Rehabilitation Program

The Brooks Pain Rehabilitation Program gives hope to patients suffering from chronic pain. Our unique approach doesn’t just focus on the pain, but rather teaches patients ways to manage it—so they can keep pain from controlling their lives. More details

Brooks wants to make your transition from rehabilitation to normal life as smooth as possible.
